5/15/2015 update-I still like the machine, although I did have one nozzle power problem. apparently there is a circuit that can go wrong in carpet that Siren updated. they were very helpful when I called them (great service). they sent me the new part to the local shop vac where I purchased it and I took it all off and repaired. other than that it was great-but I want to focus on one thing I've noticed since I use this past month.
